Incorporating Three Levels of Boutique Function Rooms, a Moulin Rouge Era Theatre (1889), modern spacious surrounds as well as intimate spaces. Recently renovated with state of the art conferencing and audio equipment.

This is the largest conference space in NSW second only to Darling Harbour.

This flexible venue has beautiful views looking onto the famous Mt Panorama Motor Racing Circuit as well as over Bathurst with the Blue Mountains as a backdrop. This venue has the best parking for any venue in the region.

Multiple Rooms exist all with differing capacities.

This venue has the “wow” factor and enables clients to combine the use of Pitts Complex Conferencing facilities with the nearby Racing Museum of an event oozing with ambience. Huge Spaces, Easy Access, Good Parking, Plenty of toilets and fantastic backdrop of museum pieces.

This is the most impressive building built in the Bathurst Region over the last 50 years. It has the largest space in the Bathurst Region for a sit down event. PAC comfortably seats up to 1200 persons sit down and can be cleverly separated for more intimate events. The venue has a fantastic onsite kitchen, amble parking and has majestic views over the Bathurst Region.

We have extensive experience in complete event management for functions ranging from 10 people to 1000. We can co-ordinate venue set up, audio visual, entertainment, security as well as match food and beverages.
